Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 30 days of receipt by following the steps below.

1. Email info@tajthreads.com to register your return.
2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
3. Print your return label. If you haven't received one yet, we will send it to you promptly.
4. Attach the label to the package and cover or remove any previous shipping labels.
5. Hand the package to the carrier indicated on the label.
6. Track your return shipment using your tracking number to confirm it reaches us.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item for any damage, missing parts, or missing original packaging.

• If everything is in order, you will receive a full refund of your purchase amount, including applicable shipping costs, within 8 days.
• If the return shows signs of use, damage, or is missing original packaging, you may receive up to 75% of the original purchase price. We will contact you before processing the refund in such cases.
